Located in the locality of VENDRELL (Tarragona), we will find an old flour mill that from the year 1979 works like restaurant, where we will find the best Mediterranean product kitchen specialized of season of the maxim quality, which they have done of the mill, referring a gastronomical one.
The director, Balthasar Julià, professional of the world of "hostelería", offer his knowledge and all their long experience to us for the elaboration of the best Mediterranean and marine kitchen, in "consonancia" with the time of the year. Our plates always follow premises basic, like the use of raw materials of high quality, the olive oil use for the preparation of all plates, without leaving of side an exquisite dedication in the elaboration of each presentation.
In EL MOLI DE CAL TOF you will be able to taste specialties of the house, like "xató", "cochinillo" Iberian to the grill with "romero" oil, "cazuelita" of fish with sharp sauce and during the season of winter, "calçots", meats and artichokes done to the grill. Also you will be able to taste a great natural dessert assortment of own elaboration and to have two hundred references between wines, diggings and licors.
